Financial Analyst
I developed and honed quantitative analysis and financial reporting skills in managing salary and operational budget allocations. I also leveraged statistical analyses to track cost drivers and provide critical insights into expediture forecast in support of sound risk management practises.
My biggest accomplishment was spearheading the creation of automated financial reporting dashboards, which streamlined processes and significantly enhanced the productivity of the analysis team by 20%.

I've led end-to-end design projects and cross-functional teams, and I've embraced a full-stack skillset including user research, interactive prototyping and usability testing, low-code deployment, and HTML & CSS.

In 2023, I cofounded the Vermont chapter of Queer Crush — a non-profit organization that establishes communities and safe spaces for LGBTQ climbers in partnership with local businesses. I manage the chapter's social media marketing, event planning, and business partnerships.
